Crazy Jack,

Based on several conversations that i have had recently and a few articles that I have read, I believe that gold is still forming it's bottom. I have also read that there are a couple of rebel European countries still selling off their gold reserves even though the selling was suppose to end by the begining of May. There was an excellent link to an article on the IPM thread a couple of days ago that spoke of this.

I also spoke with a commodities broker yesterday and he believes basically the same thing that I do and that is today is not gold's day yet but it is coming. It will probably take a few months to absorb the European sales but considering the amount of forward sales and short position in gold, it is possible that we will see a move in gold similar to that of Palladium. That will be our day.

I don't follow oil but the broker did mention that there was a bullish penant forming for oil which could bring the price up a few dollars. I told him not to allow that to happen for another week until I can get some funds together but doubt I will get his cooperation <g>.

Ever optimistic Chuck
