Just a repost of the conference call back on Feb 11, 1998.

ALL PLFM INVESTORS!!!!!

Here is my summary of what took place today on a conference call
that lasted from about 3:40pm to 4:20pm...

Do NOT flame me for mistakes in spelling or the like...

(the following all on the call)

Howard Tald is the CEO..
John Delkart is responsible for Contracting Negotiations
Russ Girsting is on the Board of Directors

John: In charge of currently negotiating contracts in Central and
South America. He is most concerned with protecting PLFM's
technology and this is why they have been very slow in SIGNING
contracts thus far. They also want to maximize continuious royalties
rather than simply selling out a one time offer to their technology
rights. They are working on their current deployment of a high
altitude aircraft that can offer and does offer complete
communication/telecom capabilities to an undisclosed
circumference.
The way it works is that this plane will take off from a local airport
in a given third world country and fly around providing telecom
accesss to
areas that would otherwise NOT have it such as internet and phone
service. The testing is complete and the system works and works
very very well.. Again the company is working on negotiating
contracts to create an income stream rather than a one time profit
sale. Contracts should be signed within a few days.. or at best a few
weeks.. but he wanted to asssure us that if it takes longer it's
because they don't have the BEST DEAL agreed upon yet.
The plane should be ready to deploy in Brazil and ready for service
by July 1998. They are focusing also on markets in Guatamala and
are working with the BRAZIL "FCC" as we call it.

RUSS: By July all TesGelespie telecom plants/services will be cut
off except for 2 creating a new market for competition. This must be
their local carriers.. PLFM would deliver communications into dead
zones + that local gov't would take only 10% of gross. They
mentioned having over 1milliion internet subscribers that could be
our customers.

Howard: Is continuing to oversee communications demos to the
Brazil gov't and companies. Says demos are so far going very well
and have drawn BIG attention.

John: could have fully mobile communications within 60 days.
PLFM goes where phone, cable, fiber cannot due to terrain, dense
population.. etc. it's the optimal choice for these 3rd world
countries.

Howard: PLFM will not undersell local competition or offer
specials.
They will be competitive and are working currently with BILLION
$$$$ companies for support and possible
partnerships/alliances/contracts.
Goal of becoming a reporting company by q2 1998. Need these
contracts signed first and start generating some serious revenues.
No formal plan currently for a stock buyback.. but there have been
talks of doing one to purchase up to 50% of current float ie:
7million.. float is est: 14-16million right now at as much as $1.00
per share!!
Says stock has taken a beating from ignorant investors and
SHORTS. The CEO's pay rate is $6000 month so he's not hording
all the money fyi.

Howard: Business with Microsoft possible as they move forward
and
he thinks PLFM will be a FORTUNE 50 company in the future..
you heard me right.. 50!... take it at face value.. as we have a long
way to go..

John: The Jet Propulsion Agency is currently working with PLFM
on its functions and business developments ... JPL does NASA
projects... good!

Watch the drop in price today.......... then you'll understand the basis for my doubt. Just a perception, that's all.
