IT'S THE SAME OLD STORY:

Buy on the rumor sell on the news.

I believe many people might be making an incorrect assumption that this is the actual news that has been spurring all the "buying on the rumor".

I am hoping we will see some very positive developments in the not too distant future. If the stock does actually pull back much I assure you I will be buying more shares.

These financing arrangements are by far the best we could expect for a company like American BioMed and could in fact be the last cash the company ever needs before it becomes profitable.

First quarter earnings could be released as early as next week and while I don't expect them to be stellar they certainly will beat last year's numbers. It's also highly likely that we will see other news released soon as so many companies do around the time earnings are released.

Finally Coffin Communications the new IR firm looks to be something of a specialist in the mergers and acquisition field. I think the probability is quite high that American BioMed is involved in some kind of discussions with either a strategic partner(s) or potentially a company looking to acquire American BioMed and it's technology. I think Coffin Communications will be a big help if they are in any kind of negotiations along those lines.

One final thought and a return to an old theme. American BioMed has made some enemies over the years. It has disappointed lots of investors and the stock still sells for less than a dollar. Even on days where over million shares trade hands in the greater scheme of things that is not much money. It is possible the stock is still
being manipulated to some degree but it will end soon. I mean hey I will be buying again myself if it pulls back anymore.

GO ABMI!

Regards, Jeff
