Dear Jeffrey, Your answers to my questions are so logical I feel stupid to have even asked you. Thank you again, I also spoke to a friend of mine who told me the MM "fahn" which is FAHNESTOCK, is well known to be a systematic and consistent SHORTER. Do you know of a short position in this stock? Lastly, could you tell me how many shares in the float, and how many outstanding. Why did they pick an IR firm with the name Coffin Communications? Their motto should be, "We help put your competition 6 feet under!" Weird, just a name I guess.

Hello Jeff, I just read the first 14 pages of ABMI's 10k.Under p14 it talks about the first OEM agreement they got since ISO9001 certification and mentions, among other things negotiations with a manufacturer to produce up to 9 products for them. Any idea how long these negot's have been going on? Since this 10k ends 12-31-97 do you know if the info contained within has to be current ( ie. going on) as of then or can it be added in up to the release date? Obviously if negot's have been going on since 12-97 they may be in the advanced stages which is what I'm hoping for. thanks, Dave
