As for Rosen, he has not backed up any of his claims. His claims thus far have not panned out. But, as his recent post pointed out, the ct. decision does not have to be "all or none". I also do not believe it will be all or none. I also agree that the claims ultimately upheld will be very valuable, indeed. I have maintained this opinion even prior to "day 1" of this thread. Mel

The worst case (although unlikely IMO) decision is a finding of invalidity. Then the current revenue stream would disappear.

I agree with Mel (and rosen) the judge's decision does not have to be all good or all bad. The stock is an all or none however. I think it will be worth much more, or almost nothing by the time the suit is over. A narrow interpretation that has a few infringers is still worth quite a bit.
