I lost the link to the MS DUV food chain article (but I dutifully created a market cap weighted index mostly based on it - I dropped ASMLF because of market cap and sentimental attachment to SVGI), looked back through the maze and figured the easiest way was to ask you. Please post the link if it's no trouble, no big deal if it is.

Yes, that's a very interesting look at DUV optics from the manufacturer's point of view.
