Give the amount of $ and shares that was paid to this person to switch over from ATT, makes me wonder about the worth of the knowledge and experience of Jimmy Chin. This is an asset that cannot be registered in the Edgar files!!!

SYNOPSIS::: Indosat owns a large stake in US GLOBAL LINK. Despite that DGIV was allowed to enter Indonesia WHY? The guy Macker talked to at Indosat said he and Jimmy WORKED TOGETHER at Indosat. That is a big connection. Now we see that Baker leaves AT&T to head up Global Links European theatre (the one spot we are short offices in) It makes one think that with our close ties to Indosat and their stake in Global we MAY hear more of them in our future. The Indosat deal with Global was put together by Merril Lynch? Global has a ton of offices in many countries around the world. If our speculations are correct then the web is getting bigger faster than any of us thought. MARK C.
