An agreement can be terminated by one side if the other side did not fulfill their end or if the time frame lapsed.

Interesting. In the very remote possibility that ATCO would pursue something like that i'm sure they would @ the very least wait until the next NASD hearing (later this month?) for CAVR. CAVR does not appear as though it will meet the listing requirements... In that case it will get chopped down and list on OTCBB. I'm pretty sure ATCO only wants to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) HSS and not sell it directly to end users (which I guess they would do if CAVR became part of the company). IMHO not very likely! JMHO, Urlman
