Good analysis X-Ray, I believe you are right on target. Some people are not really reading what the States are saying and what the DOJ has not said.

Also, ALL OTHER MSFT software MAY NOT WORK. NO, NO, NO. IT WILL NOT
HAPPEN, CANNOT HAPPEN. That is worst than injuction.

I think win98 is a sell for NEW PCs, forget about the UPGRADEs.
Too much uncertainty unless MSFT can do whatever it wants (that is
integrate whatever it wants).
