Gary: Certainly anybody who wishes to do so can alter this memo any way they like - I am not at all territorial about it. I do hope that those who feel the urge to vent their frustration will refrain from highly abrasive language. Don't get me wrong here, it is NOT that they shouldn't feel frustrated, we have ALL been damaged by AB&G's recent performance (I dare say few have been damaged more than I) and they have every right to be POed. It is just that going on the attack doesn't contribute anything to a solution. I would just like to respectfully request that everybody keep a civil tongue (or, should I say, keyboard<g>) and give Mr. Hilliou a chance to help us out of this rather large hole we find ourselves in.
