Mary Thanks for your insight. I'm new to MDIX. I bought because I liked the fact that it is not the "run of the mill" BB AND has good management. Posts on this thread tend to be a lot higher quality than most other threads. But most of all because YOU seem to have your ear to the ground and share your information. We are small fish in a big pond. What we want matters not a bit if the BIG players decide otherwise. I trust that the officers and board will represent our interest(s) as much as possible if there is to be a tender. I KNOW that you will do so.

Mary: How can management take/tender-offer our shares without the shareholders' approval? What price do you hear they will offer? Obviously the price has dropped, and a lot of us have been buying shares on the way up, so are not currently in a profit situation. I personally would be reluctant to vote for any offer that meant a price loss for me. Linda

I feel silly for not knowing the answer to my next questions, but... Can MDIX management pay whatever they want and take my shares??? Is it a democratic thing among shareholders? Simple majority? Thanks. Chris

I would be willing to bet that people bought this stock for a quick trade who didn't even know or care anything about the company, not really. You're right Mary, it's all my fault. I invested in her but never really loved her. I'm so ashamed.

Mary, "Not one post dealt with the royality issue" I beg to differ with you. When the trademarks came out I made a point of posting the fact that these were licensing opps. for the co. Linda suggested that I call the co. and suggest just that. Many here have a large stake in this co. I want to see this thing go as bad as the next guy. I like the heck out of Mr. Yeros and Mr. Berman. I think that they can make the co. go. Gutsy??? I'm also invested in BOST, by choice!!
