That's what I was wondering. If they don't have controlling interest and they do NOT, then the shareholders should be able to vote on this. I am not willing to let them have my shares more cheaply than I could sell them to that unfriendly fellow to whom Mary's been alluding. I'd expect we have a lot of votes in our group. I'm very angry to see the price of the stock today and I wonder if that stock price was influenced by Mary's notes. It seems to me that since this stock is trading at less than the value of its assets that the stockholders should hold strong and NOT sell shares at these prices. Linda
