This is beginning to tick me OFF...

Another $1MM Reg S? They don't have enough authorized shares for that! If it converts at 70% of the closing price on April 28th (.014) that would be about .0098/share.

A $1MM at this price would be way more than 100MM new shares!

What am I missing here???
