been feeling this for a long time....i can see what's happening....
there won't been any news release nor did they intend to put one out.
just stalling tactics......yeah, we'll get news, when the deal is done
and it hits the wire.....then they'll say we did our best to appease

Question about this proxy voting business.

I understand that Jack recieved the right to make decisions from shareholders last fall.

There are 50 Million MORE shares out there now and undoubtedly some of the shareholders from last fall have left the building so to speak. How long does he hold the right to call the shots without shareholder conscent given these facts? Indefinately? Even if he issues 3x the amount of shares that existed when shareholders voted?
