Please reread the post I made. It does not say when Ted and we can evaluate the beta. I also did not say Ted was incapable nor challenge his abilities in any way in the post. I said why should he get a copy before me or you are any one else. That would be unfair to us. Please read the posts closely and carefully like one has to do with Bill and Hillary.

Bill Ulrich: Re: I wouldn't blame him if he lost interest

Boy, did you hit the nail on the head.

I wanted to do an evaluation of the software as part of my due diligence in determining whether or not to invest in CSHK.

From what I've seen of the red flags, and from the lack of a delivered evaluation product as agreed to, I'm not about to invest in this company. So, my offer to perform a free evaluation is hereby withdrawn. If "they" have doubts whether or not Rhonda agreed to cooperate, then have them call and ask her why she needed my name, address, and phone number, and why we corresponded via email regarding the evaluation. Yes, I have emails from Rhonda that would quiet the Yahoo crowd, but I won't post them. That would be violating her right to privacy. I do have ethics.

For those doubters of my qualifications, one of the positions I held was Assistant Vice President of Research and Development at Computer Associates for 5 years, and was Director of Software Development for one of the companies they acquired for the 5 years prior to that. All verifiable in SEC filings. My picture is in CA's Annual Report. If they're interested enough, they can do some Due Diligence and search it out.

Not that it will do any good now, mind you. There's NO WAY I would perform an evaluation for this company. "They" should know that Bob Bemer, the inventor of ASCII, searched me out to do an evaluation of his new product Vertex 2000. He did that because of my reputation on the Silicon Investor. Do they think he chose somebody without a track record to evaluate the product his future depended on? I don't think so.

I hope CSHK investors do well. I, however, won't be one of them.

Regards,

TED
