Daniel, I'd like you to ask GNNX's Management at your meeting about the increased number of shares that were issued- to whom and for what purpose did the float go from about 12mm shares to about 21mm shares...

Also does GNNX generate sufficient cash internally to fund business needs or will they go to the outside credit markets to raise cash, when needed?

Sincerely,

Doug F.

Good luck at the meeting. I'll be interested in your general thoughts and perceptions of the company, based on your visit and the people you talk with.

Hi, Daniel:
here is what I like to know:

1) the history of GNNX, how was it found, and evolved? why it was merged with HST, etc. Who found it, how much was invested? growth rate? Did they have a difficult period? why, and how to overcome it.

2) How are they going to run two different divisions? how to integrate them to achieve a high margin business?

3) Could U emphasize to them that because GNNX is a small and unknown co, but with huge contract, it is important to address shareholders' question promptly. Bring SI thread to Don Logan, and see if he knows about it. If not, tell him that SI is the largest stock forum in USA. To my knowledge, many CEOs read SI to know the sentiments of their shareholders. Could U ask him to let PR to monitor SI thread, and respond our questions promptly? PR from PNLK worked extremely well...To make GNNX big, they not only need contracts, but also need to improve their skill to deal with public relation.

4) near and long term plan on GNNX. could u dig more into some important questions such as why the partner names need to be protected? margin for each contract, and projection of this quarter and year end. Any specific plan to move GNNX to NASDQ? To break thru MMs, they need to do a lot of campaign.

5) are they aware of MMs shorting? how are they going to deal with it?

6) how many contracts do they expect to sign? including those in table. One important question to us is what is their projection of this year revenue.

7) what is the burn rate of cash? do they plan to RAISE more money to run this com. if yes, how? are they going to issue more shares? etc..

8) could u also talk to other people in the co. beside CEO. say, CFO, workers, and etc. are they satisfied with their work? how long have they worked there? problems? these little things may help u get the morale in this co.

9) Don Logan management experience?

I know there are many questions to ask. I appreciate it very much if U could bring these questions up. and enjoy your trip.

Many of us are looking forward to hear from u. Big thanx to u

Daniel, see my post 805.

When you go into your meeting you can say you represent a group which controls a 5% block of the stock. (SI) I am sure that should catch his attention, plus when you bring about the idea of someone monitoring the thread it can be validated by the fact a good portion of the float is controlled by people who read this board daily.

I DISagree with the CEO sitting here and reading the messages daily. That is a lot of work, and a lot of time for someone in his position. He has better things to do, like make us money.

I DO AGREE it would be nice if someone from the company stopped in from time to time to answer questions, but as DavicCG has said they are VERY responsive to email questions, so that is helpful too.

Looking forward to your visit and questions/answers.

My main questions at this point are :
1) What is your timetable for reaching NASDAQ small cap?
2) WHat requirements have you NOT fulfilled to get on the large NASDAQ exchange? (besides share price)
3) WHat are you doing to fix the requirement(s) you currently lack to reach the large NASDAQ exchange?

Mark

Daniel,

I would like to know, if you can find out, and it still may be premature, how the telephone contracts work - meaning, is this a pre-paid card? Are telephone lines to be installed (or what other infrastructure might be necessary)? Can he show you the receipts of income for the first installments already paid? How are subscribers achieved? How many middle men are there in the telecom contracts?
What are anticipated net revs off of the various contracts (each one individually)? What stands in their way? Might they anticipate a buyout? Will any more shares be issued for any reason? Is the publication of the 10Q still on track?

Thanks.
