Paul's info from IR today re: "there has been an up front payment made to NRT but due to a confidentiality agreement with LeRoche they are unable to disclose the amount". I'm scratching my head trying to figure out why and how they can justify keeping this confidential. Why should only the insiders be privy to this kind of fundamental information. This kind of confidentiality agreement seems from the outside to be totally unreasonable. Besides, won't it eventually be disclosed in financial statements? So why not tell us now?...we do share the ownership of this company!
