* Lurker Post * Spoke to Jack this morning --------------------------------------------------------------- Here is what I have, I have left a few things out since some others have already stated the same info..THANKS AGAIN To All: I spoke to Jack earlier regarding the reg s, this should be well over 100 million shares released. This was done to have $$$ for acquisitions.(Asset Acquisitions) I was told there are several acquisitions that are signed just needed the $$$ and this will be released ASAP. The new merger deal with CVIA taking control of WOTD is a done deal, should be signed on Tuesday. The 300 to 1 split I was told is still good, but he said anything could change. I am not quite sure what he meant- he would not give anymore info. Jack also stated there is much good news, but he is unable to elaborate at this time. I also told him of the many times we have been told news by this day and nothing ever shows up, I advise we need some good news ASAP.... I am still holding and will hold until something is released. I have 250k shares and will let it ride/// I still have confidence in Jack and believe he is looking out for us..I still think if positive news is released we will see $.05 or better.(my opinion) I believe everyone needs to do what is right for them, and I respect everyone on this boards opinion and I know KAA and some others have a lot more at stake..
