It also does not include outstanding shares, why are they holding that so close to their chests?

Ok, I don't mean to be critical, but with only one semester of accounting background I can create a balance sheet that looks exactly like that. I will reserve all judgement until I see something acutally show up on Edgar.

Presumably the official pro forma won't include the other profit centers either. Some weeks back , Brad, you and I each did separate rev. & eps projections assuming a NASDY listing. Interested in trying it again, w/o ATXI and assuming FAMH is still on the BB.

Here's a start

1998 revs. $11.1m
Worker's comp 2.5m
MD 2.0m
new small acqs 2.0
payroll __?__

sub-total 17.6m

divided by 50m shares = $.356 eps and this is very conservative

Have at it Brad and Jin, I'd like to see what you come up w/.

Brad...Looks GREAT to me!!!!

We now have some FANTASTIC figures in hand and more to come with Morton Downey Show, Workman's Comp, and Payroll Processing.

It's going to be a great six years, maybe I'll retire in 2003. With IRA's help we all can!!!

Looking forward to next week, except I'll be in Walt Disney World, FL.
I going to take my laptop so I can check on FAMH.

I looking forward to a good time. Going to the new Animal Kingdom there, And some other places.

I'm sure the complete financials will be out before I get back.

Good luck next week, GO FAMH GO!!!
