Just off the phone with the Attorney, emailed him the details. We will know Monday AM if he will take the case... if he does his first step will file a temporary injunction preventing this merger, until we have chance to review it, he is in OK City so he can do it.

Yeah $500,000 then a $1mil has me wondering how low rent these guys are. Guess what I am selling inventory right now for cash and dont need any loans... These clowns have p*ssed me off.

Can you whip up a new web site so we can keep tabs of a proxy vote count? it doesnt have to be fancy or flashy just a place were the share holders can be directed to place a count?

We can release PR on Monday notifing all mainstream share holders of this also.
