>>Wouldn't a name change cause all shares to be exchanged.<< Name changes and Ticker symbol changes, No. Moving to a different exchange like AMEX/NYSE would (maybe Nasdaq too but I'm not sure), being aquired by another company like Atrix, and changing the state of incorporation would. Kurt
