Bruce, I just finished reading their web site. It leaves me with many more questions than answers. For one, late last year they were supposed to close a deal in Guatemala, but no subsequent news release mention any additional facts on that, has this deal been cancelled. To those experienced with GRNO, differentiate between an intent to buy and an actual purchase order backed with a down payment. There is no doubt in my mind that Foote has great visions for the company, my question (after having seen other "great visionaries" such as Rollwagen and Amdhal fail miserably) is where does the money come to support these visions? I also do not see the depth in management structure to execute the ambitious plan. From what I see, so far, this is going to be a great party for the MM's, sudden rises induced by news release into which the MM short and rapid decline as the investing public wait for the next release. Long term, if Foote can execute, it may be a great company. Is there any way we can estimate if Foote has the prior experience, the contacts and the cadre of management required to execute this plan?

So far, step 1, Guatemala is not inspiring confidence.
