Hawkeye you are relentless... I hope I never get you mad at me.

Do you have the map coordinates for the cruise missile? If we vaporize Freddy and his 8 shares the price will zoom.

Have a good weekend ...stay away from Florida.

Coreection of earlier post regarding SEC temporary suspensions.

In an earlier post I mentioned Justice Brennan's criticism of the temporary suspension and stated that he was a a judge of the 2nd circuit court of appeals at that time . Actually, he was a Supreme Court Judge at the time when he stated in SEC v. Sloan:

"The Court's opinion does not reveal how fragrantly abusive the SEC's use of its Sec. 12(k)[temporary suspensions] authority has been....Moreover, the SEC's procedural implementation of its 12(k) power mocks any conclusion other than that the SEC simply could not care whether its 12(k) orders are justified"

The case was decided in 1978. I don't know whether the situation is now any different other than that the SEC no longer tacks together successive temporary suspensions.

The full text of the case is in one of Arcane Lore's earlier posts.

>>I have done a really exhaustive search through sophisticated channels and this is the only Fredric Gesten that I have located in the U.S.A.<<

Exhaustive search? Sophisticated channels? You mean Excite People Finder? Takes about 6 seconds to find the guy!! (But this does assume that there isn't another guy by the same name with an UNlisted phone number).

Now, could you please try to find ANYTHING on the web (or elsewhere) on the Nan Yang Iron Company in China, or the China Green Development Agency (or whatever the heck it is), or ANY page that even mentions these entities (OTHER THAN SLUP press releases), and provide links and/or info.

Thanks very much.

Hawkeye, Freddy Gestens ph. number is on complaint and is 305 9336350 fax. 3059336733 Where is that? IT looks similiar to one of the numbers you came up with. Maybe one is office and one Home.
