>What exactly did Todd say about the 12MM shares? I talked to Greg today. He didn't want to talk about the 12MM shares. I think that indicate that the deal is not finalized yet. I was under impression that the individual investor will get some shares for his $3MM funding and get part of future revenue too. Getting 12MM shares would mean that all he gets are shares, no profit sharing. This is not consistent with what we have heard before. We need to investigate this issue further. yongzhi
