Stephen,

I read the 10QSB for period ending Jan 31,1998 and here is what I saw. First the company has shareholders equity of 8 million which makes the book value 16 cents, more than the current stock price. I believe that the 4 million in cash and current receivables of another 4 million should be enough to fund the next flick since Lima is in final editing. Talking to investor relations, he said that the company will be exposed to a lot of entertainment analysts in June, to let them know whats going on. Also the company will probably need some interim financing and since insiders own a lot of the stock, my understanding is they will look for short term debt. This shouldn't be a concern in my opinion, as long as their movies are modestly successful, which I am very optimistic. Here are MY projections for the LIMA movie, which I expect to be a big success, based on it's modest cost:

Cost of about 5 million...

Domestic Box 65 million...over several weeks
Theatre take 33 million...
Mirimar take 16 million
****MVEE take 16 million or 11 million pre tax profit
Video sales 15 million
Cost 2 million
Mirimar take 6 million
****MVEE take 6 million all pre tax profit
Intl Theatre 80 million

****MVEE take 20 million all pre tax profit

Takes 37 million profit or 25 million after tax profit or 50 cents a share earnings on 1 movie. This is all
speculation until the movie is released, along with the actual results. But it shows you how a low budget film can quickly make a lot of money for 1ST Miricle Group.

JMO but one I think could quickly be validated by others, including analysts eventually. By then, the stock could easily be 5 bucks a share. YES 5 dollars a share from one
movie based on modest PE of 10. Now if they can make just
3 financially successful pictures a year, the stock could
rise to 12 to 14 easily in the next 12 months. Thats 12 to 14 DOLLARS a share for a 100 BAGGER.

Yes this is very speculative but with such reward potential
due to the fact that the company was ONLY FORMED last Dec.,
I will buy more and hold for much higher prices. Hope I
helped explain my reasons for liking this stock so much and
I hope my numbers turn out to be accurate.

Gary
