After the close it was.
MY best guess is now MSU will update their web site. MY contact
has been right on the money, as I stated earlier, news would
probably be out after the close. The deal is worth $5 million to
MSU. The market should move MUCP higher on monday and when
MSU updates it's web site with the details it could go even higher.
Just my opinion.

The royalty-free part does bother me some but we will have to see the whole picture here to be sure, just what the long term situation really is.

Ron Reese: the Aime news statement said. It has acquired NON-Exclusive rights to MUCP tech, that's the key to me am I right????
