<<why did you short ZONA?>>

I am not short ZONA but I would say it has looked like an obvious choice for quite some time. Inertia saved me from getting in before now.

poodle...

>>Bob, may I ask you why did you short ZONA?<<

1. Everything I have read indicates that Vasomax is not as effective as Vaigra. I am not an expert on medical information however a lot has been written and that is the general sense I get.

2. They have yet to file for the NDA thus giving PFE/Viagra a huge timing lead. IMO, this lack of filing has been good for the stock as it keeps expectations up.

3. The marketing muscle of PFE will IMO overwhelm ZONA if they eventually get a product out. I now the hype surrounding ED creates its own PR however it still takes continuous marketing after the hype dies down.

4. Law suit after law suit after law suit. Most likely these law suits will eventually go away and may not cause any harm to ZONA, (financially) as very few law suits against management statements are eventually proven. I can't remember where I just read that but something like 1 in 10 result in judgements against a company. Misrepresenting facts is another thing and I believe ZONA is close on this but these drag on for years. However, they are a management distraction.

5. I am not impressed with their management. Again, not any one thing but it just does not feel like a professionally run company. Lots of hype, when will an NDA ever be filed, law suits, etc.

With all that said, so far I have been DEAD WRONG! So sometimes I ask myself the same question. I waited out VIVUS, I waited out Zitel and it looks like I will wait out this one as well. BTW, I thought I could wait out YAHOO but gave up. They at least have a product that people use in spite of their inflated price.

Question to you... Are you long, short or on the sidelines with ZONA.

Have a great weekend.

Bob T.
