good questions BUT already in progress!!!!!!!
if PLFM has been in contracts talks for months, ADCT now is on board, and everybody involved was here for the test ...i'm pretty sure that who manufactures the aircraft, what equipment is needed,GSM TDMA CDMA or whatever??, how many calls it can handle, upgrades needed for future to handle more calls, future growth ,analog/digital has already been discussed and settled IF NOT BRAZIL would be looking somewhere else , and ADCT would not partner up with a company that hasn't answered these questions and that has technology for today only......... they are ready to GO.... what they need now is a SIGNATURE on a contract and the planes in the air ......

Mike,

Good question deserves follow up. I will be out of town next week. When I come back I will call IR and try to find out the name of the manufacture. Then we can call the manufacturer to confirm. I was told that the plane is FAA certified. We can confirm this too when we call the manufacturer.
