<< I am sure about the effectiveness of Viagra for prostatectomy patients. However prostatectomy patients may represent only 10% to 15% of all impotence sufferers. For the other 85% to 90% of impotence sufferers, Viagra is about 100% effective,>>

Actually, the other 85% of ED patients have causes ranging from diabetes, to other systemic drugs they are taking.

Viagra will not be effective in many of these cases, or will not be prescribed, either to exissting systemic disease, or interactrion with other medications they are taking.,

Viagra will have tremendous profits as an erection enhancer.

But as a treatment of true ED, its efficacy will be mixed at best.

All imho.
