"But as a treatment of true ED, its efficacy will be mixed at best." This statement is going to turn out to be very wrong. So far, the response rate in the patients I have treated who have true ED is 80+ percent. Almost all that have returned have been very pleased and have asked for refills. This includes some patients who have not been able to function sexually for years. None of my patients have yet to support significant side effects. So far, I have been very impressed with the effectiveness and safety of Viagra. Brad
