It goes far past SI... Rarely is investor abuse seen on this level. They have violated or flat out broke 7 SEC laws.

What blows my mind is Jack Arnold clearly understood how opposed to this merger many of the share holders are, and then proceeded to do the worst damage of all this new Reg S.

I really think that WOTD captured the majority of this float, and are pushing Jack to do this... if this is the case this is why the SEC needs to halt the trading, they need to investigate the corporate records, they need to review the terms of the merger.

We might be adding conflict of interests to the growing list of things done wrong.

This is far from over.

I cant believe how on one hand you people claim to be "shareholder owners" then in the next breath you want to hire a legal firm, to litigate CVIA, I can almost guarantee the outcome if it goes that far would be something like this.

Each shareholder will receive .00000000033 cents per share owned, and the attorneys will get a $1,000,000.00 I urge you all, to think carefully before you leap, as all this talk about litigation is just driving investors away. anyone who posts about this is only hurting themselves, and the rest of us.

Please try and put this same energy towards a positive resolution, that will be good for all TRUE investors. and those of you that want to talk legal action, I am personally asking you to start a new thread.
