As one who exited 5 minutes after the reverse was announced, it wouldn't be fair for me to advise class action.

But the clowns here are not the investors, they are Jack and his oil/tire crew. I think the investors deserve to be frustrated and figure that if their investment was down the tubes, they would gladly like to drag the aforementioned twits down as well.

And I honestly can't blame them. Unless old Jack Buffet and WOTD Goodyear wanna bes are willing to work with the shareholders, those two should go down.

Paul,

Could you please elaborate exactly how else can we put any energy towards a positive resolution?

Jack seems to have no reguards for the Corporate Charter (Issuing over 150 Million Shares), SEC laws (Not filing proper paperwork for Proxy vote & Reg S deal - first one) or the shareholders (300-1 Reverse Split just two days after the anouncement , Sneaking in ANOTHER REG-S Issue without notifing shareholders) so it would not be a far leap to consider he may do something worse even if we have a proxy vote.

Therefore, we seem to have no tangible shareholder rights. And since concerns delivered to Jack go un-answered, the only other thing we can channel our energy into is the BUY or SELL button on our computers. I hardly believe that Buying more is a wise choice and if we all sold, you know what would happen.

So, I ask again...What can we put our energy into to have ANY affect on a positive resolution?

Paitently awaiting your earth-shattering resolution.

Mike

paul, no disrespect intended.....we all thought we were share holder
owners.....wotd/? has taken that away....they haven't been straight
with the shareholders since day one. i'm not very savy about stock
terms/mergers..... s regs etc; but they are ruining what could have been
something very special. every company needs shareholder support
that i do know...and legit co's are always updating the old money investors
and are going to do everything possible to attract new investors.....
you cannot make an intelligent decision with no plan. everything that
cvia/wotd has put out (very little) in my opinion is driving new money
away.....not one word that i can see will benefit you, me or anyone except
themselves.....i may be off base, sorry if i am...just my opinion.
regards
p.s. feel's like your getting ---------- without a kiss... would help if they would
give the cvia shareholder a tangible plan....i've been waiting like everyone
else for a long time now for something positive....i've got $$$$$$$$$
i want to invest in cvia...lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$ but i'm not going to let them
steal it without a fight.
