OK,OK people,I just had another brain wave.Here goes,let me know what you think? Sometime this week Lucent will merge with Ascend and issue one share to Ascend for every one share of Lucent.The shares will be post dated for the first day they can legally control other companies.
What does everyone think?

You bet. For yuks, read the ASND thread back in early April 1997. Most people (not I) thought the deal was bad for ASND, the price was too high, etc. The stock dropped $12 the day it was announced too - from $52 to $40. It's funny now.
