Coop, thanks, that indeed confirms my discussions with Todd. ADCT is not a partner or anything like that, they simply provide services for a fee. You pay them and they will do it for you as well. Should we put a valuation of $25 MM on your "company" for that? Hey, coop, you can go public on this basis.(G).

ADC provided ground equipments and airport facilities for PLFM's May 1st test. That seems more than "consulting (for a fee) Platforms International in the development of their business plan and other logistics."
