Hi Chris. MTON is a very interesting company. Their growth rate supports the high PE and they are executing their game plan. MTON
has the potential to pay off big time and also carries risk that an investor should be aware of.

I sold my MTON shares last year after they lost their contract with Bell
Atlantic. Amigo Cary and I spoke to Bell Atlantic about MTON. We learned that the contract was not renewed because BA received lower bids from a MTON competitor. The competitor was willing to take a loss for the initial contract period of one year hoping that they could seal a longer term contract at a more desirable price in the future. Bell Atlantic had related to us that most likely, future contracts
would be awarded based predominantly on price.

MTON's contracts are short term, usually for one year. Losing a customer is a major hit for this Co. It would be wise to keep an eye
on the renewal dates for major contracts.

When MTON began offering their service, there was little competition. They were the first company to realize the opportunity. MTON was aware that competition would come along so they set out
to not only provide service but to provide high quality service at a premium price. This strategy is good in my opinion. As the wireless market matures, quality will be demanded by consumers. The demand for quality will also be a reason why phone companies will choose to contract MTON for wireless services, rather than provide the services directly.
