Chase Online Banking & the Gateway Destination

I have spent several hours on the phone with Online Chase tech support
(changing DLL files... loading and unloading Chase software, etc)
on my Gateway Destination PC. Unfortunately
it appears that Chase Online does not work with the Destination
(any other Gateway users have a similar experience?)
I have been told twice by tech support people that
they would speek to other programmers and then call me back...
well noone ever returned a phone call.

Online banking is very important to me (I feel a little more control over my money).... Enough that I have decided to switch
my bank to Citibank... this is complete B.S. what kind of morons
are working for Chase??????@@@@@@@@@!!!!!!!!
