From the intro:

*PLFM's Brazil partner Telesp is the largest and most important
*carrier in the Telebras System. Telesp was the successful bidder for
*the Sao Paulo area in the privatization of Telebras (TBR). Telesp
*consortium consists of BellSouth (BLS), Safta Bank, RBS TV, Sao Paulo
*Newspaper.

BellSouth is part of the consortium with whom PLFM has been
negotiating. Keep in mind this contract can be signed as
early as Tuesday when Foote et. at. fly down to Brazil to
"wrap things up".

John -- FYI, I don't hype stocks. But a check of the BellSouth web site someone posted, stated very clearly that BellSouth is a partnership for the Brazialian Project. BellSouth just letting their name be put on PLFM's news release is a big, big deal. This means lawyers, PR, Investor Relations and Senior Management wanted to be on the PR. And BellSouth doesn't need to hype their stock.

I personally don't know much about ADC, except a great deal of their business has been with the RBOCs.

I done my part to post public information and I agree this stock could do very well. Is it the next Microsoft? No, but I'll take a 1% of Microsoft.

:)
