Why keep beating the dead horse?

Because according to Marshall, it's just resting -- reminds me a parrot I once knew. Let's see, there's also the continuation of Marshall's "hints" and of course the hollow threats which provide unparalleled motivation to present the facts as I see them. That's a puzzling approach but then I'm not a sniveling weenie who might otherwise see the logic in.

You know, if this thread ever starts to recognize that the problem lies with the company and its products and not the personal opinions of those who see no value in either, they might garner more respect. As it stands, Marshall would have you believe that the stock has been beat down as a result of negative comments from casual observers such as myself and not as a result of the relative merits of the product. Then again, he continually asserts that I'm a paid exterminator out to destroy the stock. Nothing could be further from the truth and the more I hear it that the more compelling the motivation to point out what's really going on here.

Here's an interesting point of view:

Enough of the claptrap, empty rhetoric and hollow threats.

The CEO of this company has no business running a business and if it weren't for sycophants like Marshall they might get the message. I'm getting the impression Marshall doesn't realize he has been suckered in with more drivel about heightened interest. To the extent that the question regarding the impact of VOIP on Be There! was even answered, this nonsense about opportunity has been spewing forth for years. Marshall should save his hollow threats for the only person walking on thin ice around here: the CEO of RACE for his disastrous performance. Most rational investors don't have this ass-kissing reverence for CEOs, especially those who are failing so convincingly. In their defense, the only person making promises around here has been Marshall -- between threats and insults.

My casual, technical and market-oriented evaluation of why this product isn't selling is supported by the facts. If this technology were all that they would have sold it outright a long time ago; instead they struggled to sell it on their own and in a last-ditch effort they managed to at least get a reseller to carry it, if nothing else. Marshall if simply frustrated that he isn't being allowed to substitute B.S. for results as he has in the past and it's eating him up. He spends seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day trying to rope in deserters -- he does seem to think Barker is a general, doesn't he? -- and doesn't want to hear facts.

This military control phreak Marhsall has added obscure threats to his repertoire of vague and obscure comments and they aren't worth spit. He can't figure out why the bulls have deserted: WAKE UP: READ THE TAPE, READ THE QUARTERY REPORTS. There's nothing worse than a guy who can't admit to being wrong in the face of staggering evidence. I don't mean you O.J., you're innocent, we all know that.
