Come on JIN, you are smarter than that. Don't be naive and think that everyone is honest. That can not be you basis. If it is then your family business will get screwed eventually. Hope that is not the case, Knock on wood.

If I knew that the selling oppurtunity was short lived I would get rid of as many as I could. Wouldn't you.

Jin,
Quick thought. You are growing a business. And acquire a small company for say 1m shares. A share is trading for .60. So you could say it basically cost you 600,000. Now two weeks later as investors and the street get worried that Edgars hasn't been released and the O/S is growing your stock price tanks to .40. Now you can repurchase 1m shares for 400,000 . Did you not in around-about-way just save the company 200,000.
