Bruce: Forget about Frank on this one, its all in the hands of a new team. Frank wanted it that way, its time for him to setback and enjoy the rewards from a confident team of (jelled) team players. I think in allot of ways it won't be easy for FNet to carry FTel into 99. But once the major 500 players start falling inline with telephony, (like domino's) weeeeeeeeee need the first one to fall, things will get a little easier.

From a shareholders standpoint with FNet, we may not see the rewards we are do by 98, but confidence is high for 99. We must reason this one out in that if FNet doesn't IPO in 98, then how will they get the cash needed to go ahead? Its either one of two thingy's.

Cash from Investor
Cash from IPO

There won't be a delay in the rollout, and setting up overseas accounts in MHO will be the key to a quick cash turnaround to impliment the rest of the Tempest in strategic area's.
