Thanks for the correction, Ray. I think the table provided in SLF's 14-A filing shows ownership as of 1 Feb 1998, before the settlement of the lawsuit. The footnote discloses changes that occurred thereafter. Here is a breakdown of where I think those shares are today: 622,898 (Trinity's 80% share of settlement) 155,724 (Selfcare's 20% share of settlement) 21,000 (bought by Trinity on open market) ------- 799,622 My conclusion is that Trinity is in possession of 643,898 shares. -Steve Stuart
