Steve or anyone could you explain the annual report comment by the auditors of:

"the balance sheet on page 21 does not disclose a position which, under the provisions of the Companies(Amendment)Act, 1983, would require the convening of an extraordinary general meeting of the company."

I was pretty sure Trinity owned about 175,000 shares of SLF that were not in dispute in the lawsuit. So adding those that came from the 80% settlement would give them the 800,000 that's in the proxy statement.
