LU wouldn't say anything about it...and the fact that we're down is probably just a reaction to the fact that the rumor has yet to be substantiated and quick-buck artists are bailing. Also, the much-heralded news release is not available yet...that'll scare some would-be investors.
Personally, I'm just hoping for one or two good PR's and some decent financials. That alone should drive the stock to .80 - $1.

One very nice thing about a positive news release coming out AFTER THE BELL-- the longer term investors are rewarded because the stock will tend to gap upward the next morning and day-traders and speculators often miss that gap-- but of course we INVESTORS do not...
