I was watching "The Big Show" last night and Stuart Taylor of the National Journal came up with the following scenario:

Ken Starr asks to bring Clinton to testify before the Grand Jury after Monica Lewinsky. Clinton could then testify or plead the fifth (which was political suicide according to the analysts, but you never know with Bill). If he pleads the fifth, Starr then gives Clinton immunity where he would need to answer the questions or face contempt. Clinton would obviously testify AND THEN THAT INFORMATION WOULD BE USED TO IMPEACH HIM since taking the fifth shields him from prosecution but not impeachment.
