elk: Agreed, but if Franklin were to work closely with a Tier-1 ISP in a designated region, something like this would have its benefits in a second Tier lease.

Besides, within a few weeks or months, a much larger corporation may take something like this and actually put it in place.

All and all, it was fun putting it together>, just more food-for-thought!
