I hope they're not the best, because I was unable to get an order
through WebBroker for more shares at the ask of 24 1/4 last week
the morning after "the dip", because WebBroker was down. By the
time I decided to give up on WebBroker, it was over 25. At least
they will give you the e-commission rate if you call up and tell
them you can't get through (I've never had them refuse yet, but
it's annoying that I've had to do it several times).
