Jim: My Real Audio is not currently operational. However, it surely makes sense that the capital investors get first cut of profits. Consider that at 50-70 million shares at .14 a share, the company is only capitalized at 7-10 million. The company plans up to 7 films in the near future budgeted at $3-20 million. If those funds are raised from private interests, they constitute a significant portion of demand on any film's earnings (depending on how the private ventures are structured). So, the amount available to the company remains an open question. Still looks interesting. Steve
