Hey all!!!

Ok..I figured that I'd throw my two cents in cuz what the heck...I can!!!(ggg)

I look at this situation as a double edged sword...on the one hand we have a bunch of jerky MM's that are artifically holding down the price of our stock. While this may be good for us, it may not be good for the potential buyers. They look at charts as well and they have now seen 5 days in a row of declining prices...after a very positive news release. We all are at an advantage of seeing this before and laughing at these MM's.....but those that are new may be hesitant in investing because of the past weeks events. This hurts you as investors and us as a company...it causes bad PR.

Then you have the other side of the coin...if we all create a big stir with the SEC..they come investigate the situation and cause quite a ruckus. This will also cause alot of PR..and that also may be poor, which would be detrimental to us and our company as well.

So what is the solution: My beleive is a quite attack on the MM's. We should have a few of our more knowledgeable investors bring our case to the SEC. We'll all be there for support should they need us but they can show the instances of illegality on the part of the MM's to the SEC. They also can be tactful so that the SEC can discreetly deal with the illegal parties and get the price of the stock to its fair market value.

That's my take and wish for that would happen...as a PR officer would wish

Scarlett (looking for my MM swatter...still wearing my bunnies though...and no rubber suits on =)

Rick,

Amen to your post #5022 also! In any group, there are bound to be disagreements about things sometimes, but as you pointed out....LOOK AT HOW WE ARE HANDLING IT!!! I am so PROUD of all of us! Each of us has stated our reasons...the others have listened and stated their reasons....and EACH TIME we have treated each other with respect.

Besides, how could I ever get upset with Mark or Rocketman? Mark...whom I say good morning and good night too so often....now how could I get upset with him? And Rocketman, who is so dedicated to running the engine, and so sweet besides...I'd have to be NUTS to get upset with him!

Besides, we all want the SAME THING for DGIV and that is for it to be free to live up to its potential. We all want what is best for it....and each of us....no matter whether we were pro or con about contacting the SEC feels the way we do because we have the best interests of DGIV at heart.

And now, I am really interested in reading what Rocketman has to say when he tells us about his visit to the SEC. From his preliminary post, it sounds encouraging anyway.

Love to all of you,
MOM

P.S. Scott Vaughan....about your post about the house payment...that was cute! Wish I could've bought the shares of DGIV instead of making that payment....but the banks tend to have no sense of humor about these things.
