cm...Funny you should mention the ZDNet article about senior citizens on the web....I just e-mailed SEEK regarding this area as an area not well targeted yet by Search Engine companies but as a demographic group with tremendous potential...

Also of note today's Investors Business Daily (p.A39) had an article on media advertising - said Internet was a huge potential, just barely tapped - mentioned YHOO and SEEK in same sentence as SE's that are banking on advertising dollars for bottom line growth.

Speaking about a year from now, I think low 30ish will look like a bargain....

Happy SEEKing, George

Speaking of Wired -- you/we seem to be wired to the universe in some strange way. I was about to post this when I first read your post -- public and private.

"Conde Nast Publications last week agreed to acquire the pioneering Web Magazine Wired in a deal valued at more than $ 75 million."

The deal includes hotbot and the wired and hotwired brandnames.

Conde Nast for those who don't know publisheds GQ Vanity Fair, and the New Yorker -- among others.

As you and I have said, "there will be many portals to the net"
