In doing so, he also shook loose some of the short term weaker investors. Question? Say at the end of May, when the first quarter numbers are released they are good. What if Firamada initiated a small name change (minor one). Example Firamada to Firamada Staffing I. Wouldn't a name change cause all shares to be exchanged. Thus the MMs would have to cover the short positions.
