Ira, the trees have been shaken and there's shares lying all over
the floor for you. Now it's FAMH's turn to sweep them up.

Brad,

I'm starting to wonder if Ira knew Edgar's wouldn't be released as
quickly as he originally said, and if he purposely waited to a half hour
before the close of the day to release 97 BS and Proforma. Call me
crazy but I Think he wanted to keep the price down for the past week or
so, so that the company could buy back twice as much at these price
levels. In doing so, he also shook loose some of the short term weaker
investors.

Question? Say at the end of May, when the first quarter numbers are
released they are good. What if Firamada initiated a small name
change (minor one). Example Firamada to Firamada Staffing I.
Wouldn't a name change cause all shares to be exchanged. Thus the
MMs would have to cover the short positions. Do this and release good 1
quarter numbers....what do you think that would to to share price.

regards for all you & Cheryl have done for this stock & thread
